Grounded have played a major part in the construction of this entire complex.

In particular the Retail and Medical Centre, this complex on the Northern side of the site will play host to over 12x tenants. Both in the medical field and convenience stores.

With the South Orange showing continual growth in the area this complex will play a major part in servicing our broader community and the Orange Health Service across adjacent site.

Grounded helped Design and then construct all facets of this build, including but not limited to- Mains Power upgrade, site lighting, tenancy's fit out, CCTV and Communication.
